my mistake; I admit it.
the knight and the bishop, at first glance, appear to be the same; again MY mistake.
now, as for the postions of the pieces; I am not an authority on chess (obviously).

in addition to my comments before,I ask,"from what position did the king move"?

the answer is:
the king has not moved from it's beginning of the game postion.
this is the first and should have been the only comment;
